虾仁鸡蛋羹

鸡蛋2个明虾6只料酒5ml盐少许生抽1勺香油少许温开水适量

1. 准备好食材。

2. 明虾去壳取虾仁,洗净后加入少许盐腌制10分钟左右。

3. 鸡蛋去壳打入碗里。

4. 打散后加入料酒再搅拌均匀。

5. 加入温开水搅拌均匀,温水跟蛋液比例1:1为佳。

6. 过滤蛋液两次。

7. 如果还有气泡,就静置一会儿消泡,或者拿牙签挑掉。

8. 蒸蛋器中倒适量水(水量在量杯最高水位处),放入蛋液蒸至凝固。

9. 再放入虾仁,继续加适量水(水量在量杯最高水位处),蒸熟即可。

10. 生抽和香油混均匀倒在蒸熟的蛋羹上调味即可。
